If we were winning his recruiting deficiency would be helped by the outlook of the program, don't think for one second that some of everyone's favorite CB coaches aren't benefitted in recruiting by being at programs who are winning.

I'm sorry bruh too many kids are walking away and I give credit Banda fights more cause kids mention him. But both need to be fired

Lol **** I’m good on Rumph being let go. We can do better. But he’s not a bad coach either and will get another job no problem. Manny doing what needs to be done. If he don’t win 10 next year I’m out on manny. Just like I said b4. 9-3 reg sea bowl win or 10-2 reg season and he’s safe for me

if he doesnt win 10 next year, the school is out on him too. hes on the hot seat and wont survive without 10 wins. no school is getting rid of their HC in year 1. from an optics POV, unless the dude is cam cameron first year dolphins bad, he is getting another season if only to be able to attract decent candidates for the job. no one wants to give up stability if youre blowing out your hC in year 1

Dog you just talking sideways now. If anyone can learn to teach why did you want John Richt fired? or Why do you want Enos gone he landed us good QB via recruiting? Surely both of them should be able to learn to teach their QBs and Enos his offense because anyone can do that by you logic. I'm not telling you this as a fan, I know this position from experience, teaching technique is necessary at CB. You can't just line up an run

Bandy isn’t a number 1 corner and better suited for nickel. Can’t play him there like we should because he is backed by two true sophs that still need seasoning. I think Ivey will be solid here but he should have redshirted.

That’s where the recruiting problems come in.

Banda has gotten some quality players, but the numbers are still thin. Smith left because he apparently outperformed Carter in the offseason according to the coaches’ objective analysis but still couldn’t get the job. That CANNOT happen and was a big red flag for me when Smith transferred.

We consistently get little nuggets pointing to a lot of ho **** going on in the program. Nothing destroys a team as a cohesive unit as ho ****. It’s one of many signs of poor leadership and bad coaching.

I want Manny to succeed, but. I wouldn’t bet my hard earned money that he has what it takes to turn this around.

Ya Agree. I just don’t feel like he really connects with these kids down here. I’d keep fields and Hickson on the O and that’s it. Stroud and rumph is all I’d keep on d or have one dB coach and have rumph assist. He doesn’t deserve to be fired like that.

I get it but recruiting is more important and u can find someone relentless that knows how to teach the DB position
Enos may be a good QB coach he's not oC material

Also we don't know if TVD is legit we just don't until he plays. QB and OL and The hardest to know what they will do in college
 
I mean besides recruit wtf does banda do? And he barely excels at that I won’t get into all the misses but this fake coach is responsible for the biggest recruiting area smh
