Sorry guys but Herman is not the one

First loss as a head coach comes in the 11th game of the season? Who would hire that guy. He can't coach.

And you saw these mean 1gap 3-4 defenses at Florida high schools and colleges? Yeah, I didn't think so. It wont work here

actually there are some south florida schools that run a 3-4. but that's besides the point. i want someone who will call and aggressive attacking defense. i'm more of a tampa 2 4-3 purist myself.
 
I was waiting on a thread like this. Gotta love prisoners of the moment. What he did last year with Ohio State's offense looks more impressive by the week.
