Now everyone can gather their collective breathes and move on from the hype. He's a good coach that walked into a very good situation but loses to a terrible UCONN team. Not knocking him for it bc I already knew he isn't HC material yet at a program like UM.

Butch Davis Gary Patterson and Charlie Strong are the only legitimate options... I would rejoice in UMs return if we land any of the above 3 names.

not even why i doubt him. i doubt him bc he's another guy i'm not convinced knows how to run a defense with our talent base. not even a 3-4 thing. i've seen some mean 1 gap 3-4 defenses that are legit.

big big big *** difference between first two names on your list and the third name. His name should never be in any sentence with Butch or Patterson. Jesus.

Premature to elevate Herman to elite status and equally premature to reduce him for a loss. He's a **** good OC and in a few years, who knows..he may prove to be a consistent winner.

I'm with you. I personally can't wait for the day when we can dig through the syringes and soiled diapers at the Austin landfill and greedily snatch up Texas' discarded garbage and have him all to ourselves.
 
Dude you have no clue about Herman, this is his first year, and he has his 3rd string QB/WR running the offense, wait until he has all his horses together, we would regret not going after him if we don't get Butch, and about weak... We will need 2 shapiros to help out with the recruiting! LOL... Common sense is not so common! Nothing to see here, move along..

But I thought Herman was an offensive genius who turned every backup QB into gold. That's what we heard when he beat Memphis a week ago.
 
For the life of me, I can't figure out why Strong is struggling so hard at Texas. Bridgewater couldn't have been that much of a difference maker at Louisville, could he? They had a pretty stout defense, as I recall.

It just mystifies me. He's like Al Golden, Austin Edition.

Tome, weak... Is Charlie strong, he will need 2shapiros, remember he had the bagman Clint getting recruits for him, at Louisville...
On Herman, he's down to his 3rd string QB, that was really a WR during the year,
And about his horses... Once ALL HIS PLAYERS ARE THE KIDS HE RECRUITED IN THE PROGRAM... WATCHOUT!!
How's that, hopefully you can understand it since I was thinking faster than I type.. The op does not know what he's talking about!
