There's not much to be happy about right now, but I don't think enough attention is being paid to our RB duo. They are championship-caliber talents with big-play ability and toughness.

I compared them to the best three duos in the nation, and they are right there. It is even more impressive when you consider the massive differences in terms of OL quality and passing game support:

Najee Harris/Damien Harris (Alabama)- 1,114 yards, 6.5 ypc
Elijah Holyfield/DeAndre Swift (Georgia)- 1,296 yards, 6.4 ypc
Travis Homer/DeeJay Dallas (Miami)- 1,249 yards, 5.9 ypc
J.K. Dobbins/Mike Weber (OSU)- 1,291 yards, 5.2 ypc

Imagine what these guys could do in an effective offense.

Exactly the play calling and QB play is just atrocious.
 
Believe it or not someone in another thread just said our RBs were not “dynamic”. If we had a line they would look like All Americans.

Valid, but you forgot o-line as well. This is one of the worst o-lines I have ever seen in Coral Gables.

Can you imagine what there stats would be if Homer wasn't so slow and Deejay wasn't so fat? LOL at the idiots on this board that have made those complaints.

Wow, I would not have guessed that was the case, but the numbers don't lie.
 
Nope. They aren’t Miami caliber. Both will disappear after they leave here. Deejay with 2 fumbles last game really helped.
