Jedd Fisch? Why do people seriously think he was good?
He was alright for the 2 years he was here. 2011 was horrible but in 2012 the offense was 37 in yards and 49 in scoring. Sad but those kind of stats win us 3 extra games the last 2 seasons. Anyway, the question was assistants who left on an upward trajectory and Fisch left to be offensive coordinator for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

That fact you actually took that last sentence at face value speaks more of you, than it does of me.

I took it exactly as it was written. Even joking about shooting people because you are a disgruntled fan is not a good look.

The fact that this has to be explained to you says more about you than it does about me.

Jethro Franklin of all people left Miami for a promotion to the NFL.

He was the Raider's main DL coach from 2015-2017. He's only an assistant DL coach now, but he was a real NFL DL coach for 3 years after he left Miami.

Was that his first or his second year that he had the 6-3 gem against USF?

Anyway, I'm inclined to trust Saban's judgement that Enos is a competent Power 5 position coach. (That doesn't mean he's competent as a coordinator.)

Why can't Enos get position coaching offers from places more prestigious than Cinncinatti? It's pretty odd.

Enos is not a criminal, he gave up a nice position to take a shot and failed we’ve all failed in something Enos was a Cane and has employment good for him and his family.

In a free society we all have the right to fail and succeed hope he does well.

Everyone step back and think of the time you / we failed and got knocked down.

I personally thank The Good Lord for my second chances AMEN.

GOCANES

No ****. Settle down Boomer. I’ve been part of this community long enough that you should apply a little ******* common sense .

By your retarded logic then all 4 or 5 people that liked my post , by extrapolation, are a danger to society as well

Bottom line , get a life

Did I say you were a danger to society? If I actually thought that I would have reported your post.

You post about shooting people, then you angrily reply to my posts when I mention it’s a bad look even in joking.

Like I said before, you need to settle the fūck down.

Because our fans are dumb with low expectations.

Fisch's job in 2018-2019 was as the Ram's clock management specialist. It's hard to think of a more minor job on a football team.

He was recently hired as a Patriots assistant, although it's not clear what responsibilities he'll have. It doesn't seem like he's even going to have a position coaching job.

The job market really doesn't speak well of Fisch.

Matt Rhule- that's a Golden offensive coordinator the job market speaks extremely fondly of- he recently got the richest contract in NFL history for a newly hired coach. (Not sure he really deserved it but that's a separate issue.)

It's hard to imagine that Golden's tenure wouldn't have gone better with Rhule as OC, at least until Rhule left.

Did Golden decide to hire Fisch over Rhule at Miami? Or was it Rhule's decision to stay at Temple? If it's the former, Golden is an even worse coach than people think.

I’m gonna do myself a favor here and put your dumb old ignorant *** on ignore

Fish’s career has been in a rapid free fall since he left here. As you said, the market has spoken on him. He’s done nothing of note anywhere as an OC, and he’s been plummeting like a lead balloon for the last several years after Jax realized they made a horrific mistake.

Folden didn’t know who Fish was when he got the job here so I doubt that he left Rhule behind for Fish. The first time Folden ever talked to Fish was when he interviewed him over the phone for our OC job. Folden didn’t offer Rhule the OC job here, so Rhule opted to be an assistant to the OL coach for the Giants.

Watch Enos be back at Miami as the RB coach under Luke Fickell next year.

He wasn’t that bad of a coach he ran a pro system it just didn’t fit us

He didn't have the players he wanted to run his system, and then blamed the players for his results. He kept saying "It all starts with QB play", which is a backhanded way to publicly blame his QB room for the problems related to offensive production.
