Miami is a 100% lock no questions asked automatic as sure as anything in history in with 1 loss. Theres no a circumstance that they don't make it. Now we will lose at least one more but if we didn't its a lock. Only retards who like to argue would say no.
 
We could also have had a terrible day. Not sure why one game means every game is gonna be like that. We have to see how the team respond v Stanford and SMU. SMU is gonna be a tough game on the road, so will Pittsburgh and NC State is a challenge.

But unless you were saying we were not that good when we were 5-0 why would u then turn around after 1 loss and saying we are gonna struggle with every team? Smoke Stanford and get back on track. Simple. Games have to be played.

I'm pretty sure the student section in Indiana is much larger than the two sections Hard Rock stadium allocates for the students at UM.
 
Miami also came out flat on Friday night in 2024 against VT. The sobering takeaway from that game was that we were not a championship team because of our defense, and in 2025 it was a similar feeling but mostly because our offense kind of stinks.

It was fun pretending to be a contender for the first half of the season, and maybe we'll make the playoffs, but 10-2 and left out of the dance again feels like the much more predictable outcome.

Beck caught the deep ball fever (gigantic pause) after FSU. Hopefully he looks at tape and learns from this. I have faith but but also 25 years of heartbreak as a history lesson.

As a double-digit favorite you cannot come out flat as a team. Things regress quickly as we saw (penalties, mistakes, injuries, etc...). Before you know it we are playing from behind. Then people start forcing things. If the other team doesn't make many mistakes, the game at best is coming down to the wire.

Stop with the double digit favorite bull**** that was a Vegas concoction that was not real. It was much closer to a one touchdown game maybe even less than a touchdown between 4 to 6 points if that line was accurate.

How about we stop calling them inferior teams and treat them accordingly because the only reason we call Louisville overrated because they play in the ACC if they had an SEC logo on their uniform it would be a different story that’s part of the reason we think we should’ve beaten them by two touchdowns because that line was bloated and you know it

Making the playoffs mean nothing to me unless we are playing for it all. I rather win the ACC and get bounced in our 1st game of the playoffs, than not win the ACC and let's say get bounced in R2 of the playoffs. Unless we are playing for it all, I don't care.

See the problem that I have after your first paragraph is that you think every other team in the ACC is inferior unless it’s a brand name that’s been to the playoff before that’s not true

Yes because you like everyone else thinks the acc is the big east in the year 2000. Louisville is better than South Carolina auburn kentucky. Are most teams inferior yes but some will always give you a game

They’re an inferior team by talent, ranking or every other metric. I’m a fan not a player or coach so what I call them has no affect , it’s just a fact. UL was a 14.5 opening underdog. Those tend to be the type of teams we lose to more than anyone else. That’s a problem. Which was the point of my post that you missed.
