I'd like to recommend a new mascot. The Florida State Shih Tzus. Technically, they are a dog, but they were bred as lapdogs.
If you were lucky, you got to go to Swensens if mom went to the mall.Lionel Playworld next to Cross County Mall. Brings back memories. What kid in the 70’s didn’t go nuts there, until Toys R Us came out and did its own adventure into functional obsolescence.
Nostrodamus walks amongst us!?
After I leave Baja Beach Club. I just have to be careful when I ride my beach cruiser past druggie wall.I'll meet you at the Button South, then we'll head to the Candy Store.
Chess King! Hilarious! Make sure you use your Bankamericard to buy that Members Only jacket and Swatch watch. That life is too blue collar.
I would rather go to the mall and shop for some me threads at Chess King and Merry-go-Round for some nice deals on Parachute pants.

Was the manager Dr. Nick Riviera? If you were lucky, you got to go to Swensens if mom went to the mall.
Remember Builder's Square? The one by Cross County burned down because the manager and an employee got into an argument over whether mineral spirits was flammable. The manage said inflammable meant it wouldn't burn and demonstrated to prove he was correct.

I've been to that one!Something ironic about a restaurant in WPB called Po Folks. Who was the one customer?
Now that I think about it, what happened to TG&Y?Interesting question; what quitting related brand would be more appropriate for that pathetic and destitute program north of us? Something along the lines of brands that have been left behind like Blockbuster, or RadioShack, or Blackberry.
