It seems like just about all of the new guys played at some point against FAU. Not sure who didn't play though. Anyone know? Guesstimation maybe? Inside info?

Too early to say. A bunch will play early before the redshirt cut off and then get injured.

I think Sonny is gonna shirt this season.

He has 5 tackles in front of him; Flowers, Feliciano (would rather he be at OG), Henderson, Bunche and Gadbois.

Everybody on offense except Coley. Not sure about Gus and Stan.

We need depth on defense, so its probably the inverse, i.e. very few shirts.

Wouldn't be surprised to see elder red shirt. Kid is talented but seeing him Friday you can tell he is not physically ready. Very small

Would love if carter, Olsen, grace , elder and sonny grabbed a shirt this year

Some for an extra year to prepare body wise

Pretty certain he was in for at least a few plays as a cornerback, which negates the redshirt, absent a serious injury that might justify a medical shirt.

He can play in the first few games and will still be able to redshirt.

The redshirt is only "instantly burned" if they play after the 4th game. They can play the first 3-4 games and still redshirt. Happens all the time everywhere.

True freshmen who played Friday are no longer eligible for a standard redshirt this season. They could still qualify for a “medical redshirt” if they play in four games or less, do not play beyond the sixth game (in UM’s case, Oct. 17 at North Carolina) and can prove a legitimate injury.

I dont think the freshman that played against FAU were ever expected to redshirt

No he can't. One play and the redshirt is gone, except for medical redshirts.
