Does he really have a child? If that's true then word but it it's not..... I agree with the assessment though. If he IS taken back, he needs to earn his spot back. That would be part of his maturation process. The beaches of Miami are much warmer than anything in E STL, IL.

Lol. I started out as a front office IB guy and currently work for one of the most profitable private equity companies in NYC(I only mention this because I am not talking about some schit company, but one of the best. So their disciplinary methods clearly work). I am not saying these guys act like the wolf on Wallstreet(some do though lol). I am simply saying IF they did something wrong. They are not going to be handed down disciplinary actions. It simply does not happen at my company or any of the companies my friends work for. The low level and even mid level guys will get disciplined, but the higher ups do not get disciplined unless the windbreakers get involved OR it ends up hurting their bottom line.

I have to agree, the prisons are over populated and they have 0 incentive programs or trades anymore. U want to drastically reduce recidivism? Invest in drug and alcohol rehabilitation and fund classes and hands on training for trades. Obviously JT4 isn't in that position but the mentality/approach is the same.

Correlation does not imply causation. All of those guys were extremely talented and would have been as successful without the discipline. Grier probably would have been even better off with a year under Mullen instead of the trash WVU QB coach.
 
Richt used it as a ploy so Pitt couldn’t game plan for JT4. Never seen a coach go to these lengths. We’re gonna catch them by surprise

The premise of JT returning is all moot for the time being. Yet, if he were to return to Thee Gables, then " sit him out " two or three games next season for telling his coach to " stick it up his **** whole! "o_O

The same PacMan that’s still fighting in airports and cursing out officers in the back of police cars? The same Artest that was still elbowing players in their **** while with the Lakers? I’ll give you Tyran. He learned to smoke in between the months of Sept-March because testing is done between the months of Apr-Aug.

Hmmmm....it's challenging to debate someone that proves your point in their retort. I mean, go back and read your post and tell me again that discipline doesn't work....

It seems to me that your argument has changed here. You started with, paraphrasing here, "a grown man doesn't learn from being disciplined". Now you've moved on to "my company disciplines well" and you seem to have an issue with inconsistent disciplinary systems (as do I, btw). So, I'm not sure there's anywhere to go here. Nevertheless, I've enjoyed the discussion and getting to understand your point of view a bit.

At the end of the day, we're both Canes and, in that, we can be brothers that disagree. Go Canes!!

Although we seemingly disagree on Richt, I must say I agree that is a problem with the current generation. Whippersnappers trying too hard to gain approval from others. I would vote for Instagram to be abolished except for the female models. I really appreciate their talent in photography.

I have been drinking for a few hours now. So I may not have explained my point accurately.

Essentially my company DOES NOT discipline the high earners unless the windbreakers get involved or it hurts their bottom line. Interns, back office guys, , etc. If they ***** up they get disciplined. I am simply saying that this seems to be the best style of discipline to maximize profits.

Saban, Jimbo, Dabo, Meyer, etc. take a similar approach. If some third string guy breaks the law. He gets the boot. If a starter breaks the law. They do everything they can to cover up for the guy.

I am not well-versed in facism but I should say I am not a fan of those Antifa fellers.
