Actual people in the stadium number is much lower than the announced attendance which must include all tickets sold or issued. Actual attendance looked to be about 13,451, give ore take a few hundred.

There's no way they was the smallest crowd in almost 10 years. I've been to games with a lot less people.

I agree with this, but considering that was a nationally televised night game, that may have been the worst crowd Ive ever seen.

Good thing Blake is an awesome fundraiser. Cause there is no money in ticket sales. An absolute embarrassment we have become. I bet the University of Buffalo game I am taking my son to tomorrow will have more people. Think about that...

I arrived at gate 17 green lot right around 6. Started the long walk 30 minutes thereafter.

From green lot I knew the crowd would be small, orange cofirmed it in spades.

I don't think there were 30,000 in seats.

I booed.

I’m impressed that 15-20k people went. Even if we assume 4 for every player; 85x4=340, plus 4 for every UVA player, that’s still only 680 people who went to support a son playing. Throw in cheerleader families and we are up to 1000 people.
Anyone else is a True fan.

Our fans barely go to games anyways it’s sad. I get it we don’t support this kind of play. But normally our stadium is half empty. Florida = bandwagon fans and to many things to do if your team sucks

It's true. Unless you've been there, you can't really understand what the atmosphere has been like.

The anger is palpable and even decent sequences of plays are met with mostly disinterest.

I think everyone knew we'd blow the FG.

correct, I didn't renew my tickets, ticket holder since 85 : this is just brutal : for the last 15 years watching our teams self destruct multiple coaches, multiple AD, and a administration that is clueless. All I want is a well coached fundamentally sound team that doesn't beat itself . No more flash and dash

You can string along fans for so long before their interest wanes. That’s what you’re seeing now. Truth be told we’ve been a great fan base and have supported every hire and gave the coaches a chance even if we didn’t like it. Those days are done though. The manny hire and the results that have stemmed from it are a slap in the face.

Fire Blake James and Diaz and hire a real AD and allow him free reign to properly run the athletic department and fans will return. No one is buying the bull**** coaching searches and fake interest in “building champions” any more.

Either deliver a good product in football, baseball and basketball or go **** yourselves.

Its sad that people post stuff like this. Worry about yourself, go to games if you enjoy it and keep living. The truth is its less and less fun to the point of becomming a chore for people to go

Yep. I still plan on attending NC State and Vag Tech. Im gonna pop my **** regardless. Count on me to get rowdy on big plays and 3rd downs. And count on me to boo the **** out of lashlee’s play calling and mannys dont text and drive video.

That’s hard to give up tickets after 30+ years. But thank you as it maybe the only way to drive home the message about a poorly run athletic department.
