That’s not the point. First, my understanding is he was being selective towards only a certain group.

Then you need to read from another source. Whites and Asians were treated the same according to people who were there. This is part of an agenda, nothing more. If blacks were targeted then let the punishment fit the offense.

While Liberals started the KKK and brought slavery to our shores and votes unanimously every time in old days to keep it .

The South starts as soon as you go north of Palm Beach County. If some local kids want this kind of stuff to be part of their "college experience" then too bad.

Btw, can you imagine how fast Ol' Puke and even Billy Cohen would be on the radio and all over social media if these things happened in the Gables?

It’s a lot to do about nothing. All graduates were told no theatrics. No one else was dancing from everything I’ve read.

If what you say is true, and I wasn't there...it will come to light one way or another.

Either way, white, black, or Asian, no man has a right to manhandle another person. Ever.

I would never allow that on my person or anyone in my family.

The only thing that protected that personal violation is the decorum of a graduation ceremony - obviously no one with any sense is going to retaliate there.

As far as whether he was being selective in his use of PHYSICAL force, I’m sure the truth will come out either way. I’m honest enough to be open mined about that.

I imagine you were just sitting at work all day, just frustrated because you couldn't really be yourself. You got off, saw a thread that seemed to be in favor of defending injustice towards the black community, and said to yourself, "finally, I can talk about my favorite two subjects Slavery and the KKK."

I get it, there is no shame in your game. After 8 "long" years, you finally got your voice back, and now every time you see a window slightly open, you are going to slide right in with, "Slavery and.....KKK."

Keep up the good fight!

It called respect for an institution or ceremony, they seem to lack it. People being brought up to think they are special and different, therefore they can act out and it should be accepted by the masses is the issue. Snowflake wants to act a fool, then cry when he/she/non binary is treated like a fool. Nothing wrong with a little emotion, but respect is a great thing. If only we gave out participation medals for that to our youth.

Also, if it is deemed to be directed at one race, there better be some people being removed from their positions there.

JESUS so much ignorance in this holy ****. I hate politics on this board but I cannot let this abomination of a post slide.

The KKK and slavery is and was conservative, respectively. The classic narrative of the horribly educated right is that "Democrats started the KKK and slavery." That's true. But back in those days "Democrats" were conservative. The confederacy and the south was Democratic. The platforms switched starting with FDR's economic policies and continued over the next several years. This is American history 101. Anyone that says this is beyond ignorant.

I mean literally think of what the word "conservative" means. "Holding to traditional attitudes and values." Slavery was the tradition. They didn't want to get rid of it. Conservative. Jesus ******* christ.
