Start a second scrimmage thread. See who takes the bait….When is the next scrimmage?
So what happened to "Manny's style of defense"
during the games when he made all those average QB's look like all Americans.
Ok...thats the only year we can look at. Got it.Look at 2018 and then slap yourself

Can't look at his tenure as a DC here as a whole. Can't have a reasonable conversation about a deficiency in his scheme without offending your coach worship sensibilities. Got it.
two years before ranked 30 in QB rating
slap yourself
9/4 - Don’t @me!!When is the next scrimmage?
Ryan Rizk - our 5th or 6th string QB. I don’t think you have anything to worry about, lolWho the **** is 16 and please tell me he will never throw a pass in a real game
I’m too old and my memory has faded, but I recall some smallish receiver at Wake that caught eleventeen balls on us many moons ago (maybe when Alfredo was here). Drove me nuts how every catch was a first down or running free over the middle. Would LOVE it if him and Brashard did the same ish to other teams!Restrepo looking real shifty in those clips, me likey

Based on them being talented with a good DB coach. Far less talented teams with far less talened DB’s with far worse coaches have good secondarys."Grown men looking for something to ***** about" or long-time fans who have genuine concerns and are tired of seeing 'more of the same'?
The secondary is gonna be great based on what?
Michael Campanaro.
What do you consider the bar for good defense regarding Comp%?You say this as if we haven't allowed an opposing QB to start a game 14-14 passing before.

Take from this what u want; however if u do the avg of both DCs from their 1st two yrs, Diaz has Blake beat in some categories & vise versa. The notion of getting better every yr under Diaz is not true. The outlier, which allowed Diaz to con his way to being HC was yr 3. I broke yr 3 down in another thread, and the level of incompetent offenses we faced in the 2018-2019 season makes The Washington Generals blush.
Both DCs had some set backs as 2nd yr DCs, it’s just that Baker’s step back was greater.
