Other than the UNC game Carter has been a heat seeking missile, hence the 15 yard penalties he always gets and the ejections.
Rewatching games from last year, he was a pretty good tackler. As the penalties mounted up he started trying to not crush guys and his tackling progressively got worse.
Hopefully striker suits him better.

Bs… Carter was below average every game like how it’s been his entire career at UM. A terrible tackler that doesn’t even hit that hard players bounce off him like it’s nothing with those weak *** shoulder tackles. Outside of those penalties he was just as bad as Gurvan Hall never around the ball and missing tackles.

Go rewatch the Florida St game. He made a few really good open field tackles that were very solid hits.
