Let's see, the Browns drafted 5 receivers in the first 5 rounds of 2016. Granted, they moved one to tight end. But it makes sense they'd be short handed at receiver.
That franchise did have success moving a quarterback to wide receiver in Terrelle Pryor, and if we want the ultimate Happy Adjuster outlier reach we can pretend Duke will mirror Paul Warfield, who transitioned from Ohio State running back to Hall of Fame receiver with the Browns/Dolphins/Browns.
