Seattle interviewing Ken Dorsey for OC?

Either he passed on the interview or the Seahawks already had their guy before Monday. TIL former UM quarterback Jake Heaps is Russell Wilson's personal quarterback coach.

Dorsey never seemed to me like he had the personality for coaching.
Wish him the best though.
Really? Dude was limited talent wise, he did work with his brain and played QB. He stuck around in nfl for awhile off the strength of his cerebral mind, at one point he was a backup player/coach type and was able to draw a salary basically to coach, the coaches would comment on his value in qb room in that since back in those days

Dorsey's tenure in Cleveland might best be remembered by the praise that former Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar always gave him when he was announcing preseason games. Dorsey gained the reputation that he could be a future quarterbacks coach, and sure enough, he has been doing some coaching with high school football teams down in Florida recently.

Miami - more development + entering a familiar locale + maybe more offensive freedom
Seattle - potential of multiple years of a top 10 offense which could lead to a quicker HC offer + championship aspirations right away
Him turning Tua into a star would mean more than helping Wilson do Wilson things with the weapons he has. Miami's offense was unwatched at times. If he turned them around he would no doubt get HC looks.
