Just saw highlights and Alston grabbed his hamstring. I doubt he plays against Cal unless it was a cramp. He never came back in.

Miami is super thin at DE if Bain can’t play next week. Baron is exhausted and banged up as well.

Need Bain and Blount or someone to pick up some snaps. Same at DT. Need Horton or someone to step up and give Mesidor some snaps off

That’s what’s gonna need to happen. They r gonna have to prepare these young guys to play next week. Because if they keep rotating there front seven like the way they’ve been doing more injuries will follow. If they play Baron next week like they’ve been doing the past 2 games he’s not coming out the game healthy. Hopefully they get Bain and Horton back and play the young guys in spurts.

Elijah Arroyo running about 80 yards to hawk down Kaleb Spencer after the second INT. Virginia Tech ended up with no points on the fake FG.

I get chills every time I watch the replay of this play. Talk about never give up, I play for my brothers mentality.

Harris got injured in USF with a cleat to the gut or ab strain. Not sure if same thing aggravated again. I think he will be ok.

Alston it didn’t look good. Soft tissue issue. Going to see more Malik Bryant and I guess maybe Blount next Saturday. Maybe Bain will be back.

Also Francis limped off so he is beat up. Just an all out battle for both teams. Old school slugfest that all of America was watching. Twitter was going crazy with famous ppl commenting on the game. Everyone had eyes on that game.

They said he is in a boot and not even walking. He is riding around on a scooter thing so I could see that.

Baron is playing but clearly has a right hamstring issue. Happened during USF game and again in Tech. Miami needs Bryant, Blount and Bain to eat up some snaps at De. Along with Horton taking some snaps at DT so Mesidor can slide outside some as well. D-line, CB & S is kind of messy right now if Harris is out as well.

I would guess Alston is out a few weeks with the way he grabbed his hamstring and never came back in

if brown is still non weight bearing after 4 weeks, it’s not a stretch to think he’s out for the year.
