He's not a bad coach. Sometimes it doesn't work out for a number of reasons. Diaz was a giant flop at Texas, and got a lot of blame before he was fired. But look at him now. HC at Miami. Searles has been good before, he will probably be good again. Bad fit at Miami.

Searles has been average at best anywhere and quite poor in all of his recent stops.

What a joke of a post. The guy sucks and will be terrible there too
