Sonny Dykes is doing work, definitely under the radar but I expect TCU to lose at least 3.

Great thread.
But, this is CIS. Narratives will be created.

Oh I know; but I will continue to be a beacon of light & just stick to the facts w/o emotions.

The narrative of the ACC being this suck *** conference is wild; our TV deal should be a lucrative one. We’re literally the arch nemesis to the SEC in **** near every sport, both revenue & non revenue generating.

Also, there’s a helluva log jam at the 3 loss column for 1st yr coaches, & u’ll find that same log jam for those 1st yr coaches from last season.

So do I; they should’ve lost last game against OKSt.

I had Riley as the most successful; ****, yesterday they even said Riley told Caleb “since u’re the one familiar with the system, it’s up to u to take the next step.” I had Riley as coming out the gates w/ guns blazing b/c it’s not remotely the same 4 win SC team from last yr. He pulled a Miami Heat circa 2010, lol. I did think that there was a possibility of SC losing to Utah & u can ask my boy @TemplarCane for that receipt.

I thought Dykes would do well w/ his O in a conference that’s a haven for no def, but not this well, but the rest r right where I assumed.

I like how you think brother

Idk what narratives are gonna get created but the top 25 thing is kinda ehhhhh. ACC teams are barely in it and SEC has 4 of the top 10.

Bama will lose 2 more if they keep playing like this. Their d is straight garbage.
Eh idk. I'm actually not a huge fan of Ole Miss - at least in terms of possibly beating Bama (especially after their last 3 performances against Kentucky, Vandy and now Auburn). Miss St next week at home could have potentially been a spot to circle, but I'd cross that off now. Not a big fan of LSU either.

Now with that said, Saban is slowly losing his dominance (particularly on road games). I'm not saying Bama is about to go 9-3 the rest of his tenure, but gone are the days you could pencil in an auto blowout for most conference games. Think about how many contests they've barely escaped with wins in the past year alone: UF, LSU, Auburn, Texas, Arkansas last year, Arkansas was dicey late 3rd again this year, etc. Loss to A&M last year, barely win this year, lose to Tennessee. Most of those games are on the road.

Well, we know the SEC is what it is; we can go back to 2003 & see they have been the most dominant CFB conference. However, it’s the absurdity of the B1G that ****es me off; the B1G is literally OSU & UofM, but primarily OSU. Sure, they’ll have a cool story of an Iowa, Wisky, or MSU sprinkled in, but the ACC, pound for pound have been the closest threat to the SEC in majority of the sports.

I thought USC was going to run through the PAC-12 until I watched the Oregon St game. After that game I had them losing 2 games.

Relly, it would be interesting if their salaries were inserted also.

Receipt confirmed.

Utah was strongly considered a possible loss for USC. Road game, traditionally tough place to visit, and an elite HC that seems to maximize the players he has. Whittingham is a Top 5-6 HC in CFB. If he wasn’t a lifer at Utah and went to a program with NC resources no question he’d have multiple rings.
