But that has nothing to do with the silly SEC worship. Being in the SEC doesnt make a team good. Discuss our weaknesses and questions, as we have many. But wearing an SEC patch doesnt mean the many weaknesses and questions of a team like A&M dont exist. We haven’t beaten anyone on the road with a pulse since 2002. That’s all that needs to be said.
If we can’t beat middle of the road acc opponents consistently you’re going to struggle to beat the worst sec programs. That’s irrefutable. It’s not worship. They’re the best conference with the best players and deepest rostersBut that has nothing to do with the silly SEC worship. Being in the SEC doesnt make a team good. Bro, you should only post on score prediction threads when you're in the manic phase.35-17 TAMU
This team is not physical enough yet to compete with an SEC opponent.
Our slow footed linebackers and horrible cover corners are gonna get
Toast this game and our O line ain’t ready yet. We are a year or two away but headed in the right direction.
Nonsense. SEC means nothing outside of the top couple of teams. A&M lost to App St. LSU lost to a mediocre at best FSU and both looked terrible. If we can’t beat middle of the road acc opponents consistently you’re going to struggle to beat the worst sec programs. That’s irrefutable
@DMoney put if perfectly in one of his podcast’s. I am looking forward to see if this can become a “cultural” victory for this team. Do we go into this game unintimidated and overcome things going bad on the road or do repeat what we have seen for nearly 2 decades? It’s game 3 of the Mario era but I am cautiously optimistic, as well. What a bunch of PTSD hamsters. All I am reading is what Steele and Gattis aren't going to do, and if we lose, how there is going to be a complete meltdown after 3 games. We already have fans who want Gattis replaced.
This is going to be a tough game and it is an absolutely must win for A&M. Losing 2 at home heading into conference play would pretty much end their season. We will get their best shot.
Almost everybody anticipated a 3 loss season so now people are acting shellshocked rolling into College Station.
My concern has always been can this roster take a shot in the jaw and get up off the mat or will they fold. There is a process of learning how to win a game on a big stage. It is going to happen under this staff. Hopefully, sooner as opposed to later.
My biggest concern is TVD. He got off to miserable starts against UNC and FSU last year. Cannot happen on Saturday.
I am cautiously optimistic Saturday evening.
What happened to franchise?Might sound odd but if they were coming into this 2-0 I’d be more confident. After being embarrassed last week by App St, they will be coming for blood. Their weirdo creepy fans will be raucous, especially after they were embarrassed with their weirdo creepy Friday night pep rally. I hate these goons and Jizzbo. Hopefully we can get this one for franchise (RIP). Will be a close game though.

A&M couldn’t put 35 on FIU. There is help for PTSD.35-17 TAMU

I have PTSD...so will go with - it will be a long night and the same issues that have plagued us for the last 10 years will plague us again. Poor CB play, slow *** linebackers, confused OL giving TVD no time to throw, no WR separation, dropped passes by Mallory, penalties, missed tackles, turnovers, mistakes, opposing QB running free, can't get off the field on 3rd down, etc. I do think this coaching staff is better than the last one, but they don't have a whole lot to work with right now. Mario has a major rebuild in front of him, and until I see otherwise....
University of Texas A&M - 41
Miami - 13
Too many of Manny’s JAGs left on D. We are a few years away but we getting there .Whats with the SEC worship? The silly narrative of not being physical enough to compete with an SEC team? There are good and bad SEC teams. Wearing an SEC patch on the jersey doesn't suddenly make Missouri, Vandy...or yes, A&M, into Georgia or Alabama. LSU is a big name program of the mighty SEC and lost to a mediocre FSU. A&Ms "SEC" patch didn't help them beat App St. A&M is a team full of question marks just like we are, regardless of the name of the conference.
