Sanders Tears

If Cam Ward conducted himself like Sanders during the interview process he wouldnt have gone #1. This isn’t rocket appliances. Being a ****head matters. I bet Eli Manning wasn’t a ****head during his interview process. Apples & oranges.
There have been plenty of ****heads similar to him drafted high in the past, but not at QB. This should be a good lesson for young QBs going into the draft with $tacks, which will be the norm going forward.

Thank you. Résumé’s are purposely NOT supposed to have blemishes. They’re a glorified self history, even references are hand picked. Face to face interviews is the tell all, verbally and most definitely non verbal. Would you buy a car w/o driving it first? No??.. then why would I hire someone w/o road testing that B*t*h. Sometimes entitlement diminishes that hunger to succeed. A full belly sometimes makes us lazy. Just sayin’

Hey, the Edsel and the Pinto had BLEMISH-FREE resumes!!! The Edsel was created by a FORD family member and the Pinto was developed by LEE IACOCCA!!!

What could possibly go wrong?!?!

You realize I'm quoting from the wallpaper in Shedeur's draft room, right?

LEGENDARY! PERFECT TIMING! MONEY SIGNS!
Lol there's a 30 minute video upload of that whole ordeal in that ridiculous room. Deion's expressions and reactions toward the end are priceless.

I guess that's why Shedeur had to move the media circus outside. Nobody wants "LEGENDARY!" and "PERFECT TIMING!" on the wall behind them when they take that "fourth round draft pick" phone call...

Or prank phone call...

I think its less about $tacks & more about the apparent lack of humility & gratitude. QB is the most important position in all of sports & right wrong or indifferent they are expected to he leaders and the face of the franchise. Juice apparently isnt worth the squeeze

The collusion talk is some of the most idiotic conversation I’ve read in a long time.

The only collusion going on is 32 teams came to the same conclusion about a prospect after going through the same pre-draft process.

If you interview with 32 companies and no one hires you, you look in the mirror.

This. No matter the baggage, the number of GMs that honestly think he’s a legit future franchise quarterback for 10 years that would pass on him after three rounds, is zero.

The whole thing is weird. I would take Sanders over the Louisville QB any day. I would trade Beck and both of the Cavinder twins for him right now.

The NFL is full of absolute POS humans. Cleveland picking Gabriel over him screams of collusion and that he aint getting drafted at all.

I rooted against his kid like he was an FSU QB all season but came away from every game saying this little **** is good.

100%. But the reason I said it is having $tacks while still in college can make a star athlete much more prone to be an ungrateful, selfish, non-leader going into the draft like we saw with Shadeur. Obviously he grew up with that money and mentality, but a lot of kids will be making real money for the first time. They could learn something from Cam and Shadeur and how they handled this draft.

OK.

Somebody ate the whole box of edibles.

Cam Ward was a 0 star recruit that had to prove himself on every level & is GRATEFUL & THANKFUL for everything he earned. Killed interviews

Nepobaby Sanders was given everything since birth & has been insulated from criticism his whole playing career with his Dad coddling and putting him on a throne. Probably would have been a considered a me guy locker room cancer elsewhere. How will he respond to criticism, hard coaching, and a QB competition? He then went into interviews thinking he was too good to he in them and didn't prepare.

Are you people this dense ? Cam Ward is a guy id want leading my billion dollar business. Dude that worked his *** off for what he has & is GRATEFUL for ANY opportunity

Apples & oranges

Apparently it's one of two things.
#1 in a predominantly black league, everyone is now racist.
#2 y'all don't know what you're looking at. cause consensus has been spoken & the thought is he's just not that good...
This. Deion and Co. brought a lot of $$ and eyes on Colorado, whether you love them or hate them there's no such thing as bad publicity. If owners thought the juice was worth the day 1-2 squeeze he would have gone day 1-2. Race be damned, green is the only color that matters to billionaires.

I’m ready to play this game, Why would the nfl owners want to collude to keep him out of the league?
