Sanders Tears

The collusion talk is some of the most idiotic conversation I’ve read in a long time.

The only collusion going on is 32 teams came to the same conclusion about a prospect after going through the same pre-draft process.

If you interview with 32 companies and no one hires you, you look in the mirror.

Were they? B/c last I checked, Eli was picked #1 overall was he not?

Eli was picked #1 in a pre-arranged draft-day trade with the Giants. The Giants picked Philip Rivers and swapped the #4 pick for the #1 pick, plus three additional picks that netted them 3 starters.

The Manning family was HAMMERED in the press for what they did. And, sure, almost everything was forgiven when Manning won Super Bowl rings with the Giants.

Just like almost all of this will be forgotten when Shedeur wins a Super Bowl for whatever team eventually drafts him.

Tom Brady was a 6th round pick. Anything can happen.

Where did this word come from? It’s hard for me to believe a guy that played behind arguably a top 10 worst OL in FBS that threw for 4100+ yrds on 74% completion is not a hard worker.

Oooooooor could it be that a kid who came blinged out, that has a bank account **** near equivalent to the HC he’ll be playing for doesn’t like that he’s a brash guy that speaks his mind. It could be that teams feel that he’s been coddled by his father, & have taken umbrage to the fact he said it’s a travesty he wasn’t included in the Heisman race.

It’s funny that Eli Manning’s father told teams not to bother attempting to draft his son or he wouldn’t play was deemed as heroism, but a kid who says he don’t care where he plays b/c he’s a winner (even though his father once said he’s concerned w the right fit for his son) is demonized.

There’s certain things that r unspoken at certain levels, & Shedeur fits the criteria of “you don’t seem humble enough to be grateful for this opportunity.” Certain brass don’t like those types, & I’m not being caping…I literally just got off the phone w my partner who’s the agent for Jeanty.

U see, narratives r rarely ever true; they’re just guise to distract from the truth. When I hear off field issues, I think:
-Drugs
-DUIs
-DVs
-Skipping Practice/Team Meetings
-Baby Mama Drama
-Arrest Records

Etc.

NOT he’s ****y or but his dad….

From everything TrumpyCane read it was Eli and not his dad , and according to Eli he told the Chargers in his interviews he didn’t want them to draft him but they leaked it and then it became a circus

Archie still denies, in multiple interviews a decade apart he told him to sit out and it was all Eli and his agent. On top of it no one was calling Eli a “hero”, pretty sure he was lambasted

But TrumpyCane agrees with your statement after that part that he just comes off as in your face and not humble.

Lets be real the NFL doesn’t all the nonsense that comes south drafting him, the rap songs, the film crews, Deion in the back yapping

He skipped the combine, he skipped his pro day while Cam, who was already going #1 did his pro day so he could help his teammates out. Pretty sure all the other QBS also had their pro days. He built some stupid wall or something for the draft, decided to not even attend. All these things add up

Can't think of another athlete in the world that would be celebrated for his demise without a single blemish on his resume. Tough seeing this is where we are. Johnny Manziel was a known cokehead that was calling mfs up during the draft to tell them to draft him and he went R1.

Without a single blemish on his resume? You have got to be trolling now.

Besides, this is why people aren't hired off of resumes alone. This is why interviews are held. This is why interview skills are important.

"Resume". Hilarious.

So you don't think all 32 teams agreeing not to draft a player at the most important position to lead their billion-dollar franchises is feasible? Interesting.

This kid must have bombed those interviews badly. There is no other logical explanation for a QB like Milroe to get drafted over him.

1. Could not answer an "install" question from Brian Daboll.
2. Watching film with another team, and when questioned about what he thought about the film, he said "maybe I'm not a fit for this team".
3. Took a personal FaceTime call during a third interview and would not end the call.

Yeah, sounds like he bombed those interviews badly.

You mean to tell me the pampered entitled QB with an average arm & average speed who told coaches at the combine that he was interviewing them just as much as they were interviewing him, and who's father/coach said would only be willing to play for certain teams fell in the draft? Aren't there any teams that need a blinged out "Legendary" clipboard holder to show off on the sidelines?

This is outrageous. Someone should demand an investigation.

PERFECT TIMING!

There are not enough 100's in the world to give to this post.

Yes. See Kapernick

First, Kaepernick was drafted.

Second, while I absolutely agree that Kaepernick was good enough to play, you completely gloss over the fact that teams were facing political and economic backlash from FANS (and not the other 31 owners) if any team chose to sign Kaepernick.

On the other hand, the sitting president of the United States is telling teams to draft Shedeur, and yet it's not happening. Furthermore, based on his "popularity" and existing NIL deals, there would be economic BENEFITS to whatever team drafted Shedeur, and yet it's not happening.

So...yeeeahhh...this is definitely NOT collusion among ownership to "not draft Shedeur".

Thank you. Résumé’s are purposely NOT supposed to have blemishes. They’re a glorified self history, even references are hand picked. Face to face interviews is the tell all, verbally and most definitely non verbal. Would you buy a car w/o driving it first? No??.. then why would I hire someone w/o road testing that B*t*h. Sometimes entitlement diminishes that hunger to succeed. A full belly sometimes makes us lazy. Just sayin’
