Sanders Tears

I once overheard a conversation among two members of UM Law Review as to whether you could/should (and whether you could/should detect) an italicized comma.

Not a joke.
That’s why attorneys in the Bahamas, with their Commonwealth upbringing, do not use punctuation in legal documents.

If you are not open minded enough to see that the frat boy was an immature *** and that Shedeur was on the receiving end of the same type of **** he's been dishing out for years, it's not really worth having a conversation.
This makes no sense. What has SS done that is punishable in the court of law, or could jeopardize his father job? No need to respond. You are right, no need to have a conversation. SS is not mature by any means. However to play a college sport there is some level of discipline which displayed throughout his college career. Can’t make the same argument for frat boy.

Why does a young person's crappy behavior become a result of upbringing rather than a crappy behavior by the young person? That seems like putting the onus on the parent rather than the perpetrator of the crappy behavior. If Jax was 9 years old, sure, put it on his mom and dad. Jax Ulbrich is 19/20 years old and behaved like an immature dummy and recorded it for internet celebrity.

no commas? no colons? no exclamation points? no caps? no semi-colons? no question marks? no dashes? no underlines? no bolds? no italics?

i work A LOT with bahamas attorneys and hadn't noticed.

FUN FACT: there is no income tax in The Bahamas. Lawyers that make $400,000 take home $400,000.

It may have changed, it’s been over 25 years since I worked with Bahamian attorneys. But that is my recollection. Now, were there exceptions such as periods, quite possibly.
And I must underline that I’m speaking strictly as to legal documents binding in the Bahamas, not for example Bahamian investments in the U.S.

For example, when I did the Disney acquisition of Gorda Cay, K/N/A Castaway Cay for Disneys resort and cruise line port, the jurisdiction was stipulated as Florida except for the Memorandum of Understanding which required Disney to continue using Nassau as a Port of Call. That document was under Bahamian jurisdiction IIRC.

It's a fair question.

I detect enough similarities between how Neon Deion treats people and how Shedeur/Shilo treat people to draw a tentative conclusion.

On the other hand, I know nothing about Jax Ulbrich's father.

But, yes, the absolute DUMBEST thing you can do is record a BRILLIANT prank phone call and then immediately disclose your identity.

To this day, I don't know if many people know the true identify of the guy who made the "Robert Higgins" prank phone call to ABC's Peter Jennings during the OJ Simpson slow-speed chase.

I looked it up since I don’t want to give false information.
The Bahamas started allowing punctuation in legal documents in 1976, but a lot of attorneys followed the old ways well into the 90’s. As well they have very strict rules regarding punctuation.

As I dealt with a lot of pre 1976 Deeds and Agreements, it was something I noticed and inquired about.

A clown raised a clown, that’s what you have here. The clown that was raised by the clown, failed all NFL evaluations, miserably. It’s that simple, the said clown is all hype and clicks. You reap what you sow.

This opens the door for all kinds of interesting speculation. For $100 I will take; homosexual

I made mention of the other day in the draft thread...but my money is on he can't draw up a play, do board sessions, and doesn't have it between the ears. "Bombing the interviews"...these interviews with QBs are mostly board work and seeing if the QB can retain information and jive with the headcoach/playcaller as they visit the facility, etc. Some guys get medical checks, etc.

Shedeur and the Sanders' family trying to dictate terms during these meetings might have just been a way to obfuscate his deficiencies and then it mades its way around the league.

I was speaking to Jax more so than Shedeur. In the case of Shedeur, I think you're looking at entitlement and arrogance which, because we've seen Deion in front of cameras for 40 years, we can assume he learned from Dad.

Jax on the other hand....I don't know. I do know that the kid (Jax) doesn't get a pass because he was "raised that way." I don't know if he was or wasn't. I do know that what he did was both brilliant and DUMB simultaneously. I have a few kids in the 18-21 range and I talk to them all the f'ing time about leaving their phones in their pockets and "not providing evidence." My point with the original question was to put the target back on Jax and off his dad. Jax was the dummy.
