Doesn't he coach for FIU? What did he win at Miami?
This will be fun.

Coach Saban never had a back-to-back 10 win season before he got to Tuscaloosa. Since then:

2008 - 12-2
2009 - 14-0 NC
2010 - 10-3
2011 - 12-1 NC
2012 - 13-1 NC
2014 - 12-2
2015 - 14-1 NC
2016 - 14-1
2017 - 13-1 NC
2018 - 14-1
2019 - 12-2
2020 - 13-0 NC
My point exactly

Jesus H Christ...the amount of vehicles he supplied to those kids is staggering...add in all the paid for Mortgages and it's astronomical...

Let's correct the title. Sabans 5 stars vs Manny...I hate the fact that people think this guys a genius coach. He's not he just out talents u and coaches go there to hop onto another job...knowing whatever tf they run will work with those athletes. He could run the triple option and they would win.

Saban is absolutely a genius.

Keeping those teams focused and motivated is a monumental task that only an exceptional leader can accomplish. He is also exceptional at keeping up with trends in the game and not stubbornly clinging to outdated philosophies that make him comfortable.

There are only a handful of coaches that could have designed his system and held it together.

All that said **** Bama and **** Saban. We gonna watch Manny nuts drop on Saturday and the decline of the Bama dynasty will be started for the whole world to see. We gonna shock the world and start the clock on Saban’s retirement. Him being so good will make it that much sweeter.

Is this part where you tell me the story of the Miami Hurricanes and Nevin Shapiro?

You’re an ignorant hillbilly, you don’t know shlt about Miami. Talking about Miami and Nevin Shapiro when Saban has made profligate cheating into an art form.

Let me clue you in on something - everybody knows it. Everybody knows that Alabama cheats harder and better than everyone else.

Don’t ever bring up Shapiro on this site again. Now why don’t you run along and go to a klan meeting like a good little Alabama fan.

The guy who bought Wilfork a used washer & Dryer and took kids to Beni Hanna's??...Yeah...thats on the same level as you full set of tooth ******** have gotten away with...
You are letting your emotions get the best of you. Just honor greatness, it keeps the blood pressure down in the long run.

Shapiro was a major booster of Miami's athletic programs, and reportedly spent $2 million from 2002 to 2010 in support primarily of the football and men's basketball teams. In August 2010, Shapiro told The Miami Herald that he was writing a book titled, The Real U: 2001 to 2010. Inside the Eye of the Hurricane in which he promised to tell how Miami had violated NCAA rules affecting more than 100 players. "Once the players turned pro, they turned their back on me. It made me feel like a used friend," he said.[5] Word of the potential violations was also reported in an August 31, 2010, article by Marcus Session in the Bleacher Report[7]

The NCAA, being as crooked as the entities they were trying to investigate broke every bylaw in the book to get information on Miami, and frankly, when that broke, it became a contest of which organization was more corrupt. My money is still on the NCAA.

What a shameful thread.

At least we know who the elephant **** slurpers are on this site.

I expect the Saban ball licking from the backwoods Alabama honk that’s being allowed to post, but it’s pretty sickening reading it from supposed Miami fans.
Nothing wrong with admitting greatness while saying **** em in the next breath 🤷🏾‍♂️

Now you’ve crossed the line. Comparing Bama bags to what Shapiro did is like comparing a shack in Tuscaloosa to a mansion in Miami. You know **** well without all that underhanded **** that goes on in your program, you wouldn’t be nearly as successful.

Alabama does not cheat any harder than Texas..Texas a$m..uga and others ..they just capitalize off it with winning. If your not straddling the line then your not serious about winning.

Dynasties come and go as rare as they are. I will say that there is no greater barometer of the event than recruiting. Do kids still get excited about being a part of a football dynasty or are they on to the next great thing, like Georgia? The 2020 recruiting gurus said Alabama just had the highest-rated recruiting class on record.

It’s not even underhand

This is a football forum, you are welcome to do that. And I can think of a lot of talented teams that haven't won NCs and teams where you wonder how they won an NC. But if you ever get a chance to see the Paul Bryant museum check out the hardware. That's fun too.
