Ryan Williams cleared to play..

Good, Heaps has looked scary bad in his limited time. Interesting to see how this will play out, I would not be surprised to see Williams if Kaaya struggles at Nebraska.

wow, interesting. Wonder who gets the start this week? If Kaaya starts, will Coley play that same conservative crap that handcuffed the team in Louisville?

Why kid needs to red shirt and transfer

He's already said he didn't want to RS (assuming he can). Transferring a second time is out of the question. He has a wife & kid I believe. Get that degree & try to land a GA position here. (JMO)

"Cleared to play" doesn't translate to "will play" if you've been following Golden's comments so far on this. I bet the next thing we hear about this is "Ryan is medically okay now but needs to get back into football shape.....".

This is good. We need someone healthy to hold the clipboard now that Olsen is day drinking alone at an Applebee's, telling the busboy about the time he threw 4 tds in a high school game.

This Kaaya's game, you put the full playbook at his disposal and call an attacking game that goes after their depleted secondary.

If Coley decides to go into a shell again he shouldn't abe allowed on the plan back from Lincoln and if it's Golnden's brain child he should be fired on the spot as well.

Kaaya has finally had some success, you build off that, not go back to being highly conservative and predictable. Get rid of the trick plays, protect the QB and let him got to work. It will open things up for Duke and give us better offensive production.

We should have a package designed for him against Nebraska. Catch them off guard. They'll never see it coming.

I really don't understand the on the field love affair with Ryan Williams from you guys. He hasn't.done.ANYTHING!
Now off the field...husband, father, in grad school, dude is my hero!

According to his dad Friday night he was cleared by family Dr a week ago, but the schools dr hadn't cleared him till and wouldn't till Today the earliest. He doesn't think he will this week. It's now Brads job to lose.

Williams would pick Nebraska apart. He'd be like a black jack dealer back there dealing to multiple open receivers.

You might be right. He's had a LOT of practice the last few years. One thing he's always been good at, so they say, is hitting guys in stride. With our skill position players, that could be deadly. I like Kaaya, but I'm not against Williams playing IF he can play well.
