Rumph is underperforming at his job. Rumph has been a loser on the recruiting trail. He played ball his whole life, he can take his L like a man. No need to sugarcoat it-- he's been a loser thus far in his coaching career at Miami. Although I've heard year 3 he's gonna start teaching "turning the F around."

Won’t defend Rumph’s recruiting. Have been critical since last year.

But OP is an attention seeking jlzzbag who is the actual loser, not Rumph.

Rumph is probably a bad fit. Probably doesn’t have the personality, and may have some issues with people at his former high school. Maybe his time is limited at the U. He might be on the clock. Who knows.

But the headline of this thread is indicative of an over-emotional, shrieking banshee female that’s wildly hormonal. It’s a really bad look.

Putting the loser tag on an actual cane. Great player. Solid career in NFL. Successful HS coach. By all accounts a really good guy, if not a good recruiter.

By comparison, OP is an overly emotional anonymous shltposter, guaranteed to be living paycheck to paycheck, dead end job, in a shlt house, with an ugly as fūck obese wife. Now, in comparison, whose the loser? Rumph or OP?

It ain’t just rumph, Campbell listed rumph as the only Miami coach he trusted but listed several coaches from Bama and uga. Where are the blame for the other guys(richt , Diaz and Banda)? Rumph also played an integral role in the recruitment of Silvera who said he was close with rumph as he’s known him since he was 8 years old and his family trust him. Also helped get Herbert last year and not to mention is a good on field coach. Let’s also not act like Banda only recruited all of the dbs we just signed. Rumph did as well...

Defensive recruiting has been weak across the board.

Where are the 5* linebackers? Besides Nesta, where are the All American DT's?

Last week it was Ken Dorsey back as the favor of the month as he was just let go by Carolina. Some Canes groups were touting Dorsey (for his work with "garbage" Cam Newton—their words, not mine)—wanting him to take over as offensive coordinator; despite him never holding that position before.

Fired after a few years as quarterback coach with the Panthers, he should get the keys to the Canes' offense—as if there aren't better, more-experienced options?

I don't care how great a player was at Miami—there's a reason guys have to climb the coaching ladder and cut their teeth. A great player doesn't make a great coach.

Are we losing targets to UF, FSU or ACC rivals?

He comes, I'm thrilled. Yes, we're the local squad trying to make a move back into prominence. Bama, that's the top of the mountain right now and UGA just went further than they ever did than our current coach ever did. Insert all the excuses you want, it is what it is.

No we lost Jobe to Bama. Campbell is a Miami-UGA battle. Pretty big failure by staff if they don't reel him in. Our class is excellent but kids like this you need to keep home.
