Ummm no, matter fact who are you?

So a bunch of scumbag lawyers are going to try to fleece people mesothelioma-style with a class action lawsuit and On3 decides it's worth an article claiming they're under investigation as if some law enforcement entity was doing it. This tells you two things.

1. Ruiz' NIL deals have been very effective.
2. Other teams are scared because they know they can't compete.

This will get interesting. h/t @Cryptical Envelopment

So this is known as clickbait, right??? A writer ( Term used loosely here) posts an article with Saban's name in it even though he has nothing to do with the subject and am assuming people believe there's a tie in somewhere??? Or the writer just didn't care and posted whatever would raise an eyebrow???
Obviously I'm guilty for clicking so there's that ....
The internet is ruining the world!!!!!!....LOL!!!

Here's a sneak peak of the writer and his editor discussing the article....

I kept telling you guys that all these Recruiting sights are SEC slurpers.

You don’t remember when 247 ran the AQM and Grace story for over a week on its main page? It was cmr’s first spring and a lot of stuff happening all over cfb but they chose to have that as the main story for like 10 days straight!

Ever since then I knew the only reason for those sites to exist was to print and promote anything to keep the frontrunner status quo. And snitch recruiting info to their boys.

We have dudes coming on here for OVs and on3 doesn’t even mention them. And it’s a recruiting sight which is what they’re supposed to do. But instead they want to run with the story about our booster getting investigated.
If any of you morons are paying $25 for that you just got finessed

The On3 title is misleading.
Since its a football website, and the title is rather ambiguous, you initially think he is under investigation due to the NIL contracts being formed.
Journalism is a weird world and UM gets it without lube most of the time, and that's without the orange and green glasses.

The more important question is the actual financial future of the MSP model of business. Having worked in healthcare finance for 30 years then in security litigatation for a while, the business never seemed to approach it's initial valuation. Of course, one could argue buyer beware and don't touch it at offer price. Seven trillion in claims amounts to total health care expenditures in US for two years. So to have that amount of so-called actionable claims for wrong payors, you are talking multiple years. then you must settle, and then you must share. Did you ever get a letter from a collection agency for a co-pay you didn't pay? It is the same deal on a larger, more sophisticated level.
