He would look foolish and idiotic. People to be feared/respected don't make threats, they act, they make statements of action or consequence.

He's thrown this out there and fails to do something, NCAA peels one more level away from the great and powerful attorney Ruiz's reputation alleges. NCAA feel, perhaps slowly, more empowered to not fear Ruiz or any of these NIL types who have threatened to sue if they [NCAA] starts to interfere wuth NIL.

I have ZERO idea on @OriginalCanesCanesCanes . I think the government has put fuqtard pills in the drinking water. Just started with his occassional haymaker flare ups and well, I'm one of the last porsters that tolerate that garbage. He'll learn, or not. Sun rises and sets regardless.

I just hope he doesn't let his more aggressive statements, and then not backing them up, diminish the tremendous support he is given to UM across the board.

I just think part of what keeps NCAA at bay with him is the reputation for being a "brawler" type of lawyer. At least thats what I think I've gleaned from the press about his style. He's put out there several times his legal interpretation and legal team are far sharper than NCAAs.

Got it, and back it up even better.


With that said, say "I'll sue the NCAA" enough times and don't follow through amd it will eventually erode Indianapolis' fear/respect of him...and that probably leads to those muppets sniffing around Coral Gables again...

I don't think any of us believes that has a good outcome right?

Help me out here, would an supposed suit by Ruiz be filed in Florida court or Federal?
