Rueben Bain Welcomed by Bucs Defense

He had a phenomenal week one but has struggled lately. Against Cardinals he was really bad. 55th out if 70 at his position.

Whoever plays dallas does well, Bain yesterday and Sisi week 1

He’s not being put in a position to succeed. If you think otherwise, you probably haven’t been watching the Bucs play. In the few NFL games he’s played, he’s dropped back in coverage more often than in his entire career at Miami. The DC must be an idiot if he thinks the best way to use Bain is to drop him back in coverage half the time.

It didn't start that way. He primarily rushed the passer his first 2 games. It was just this game, coming off injury, that we had him dropping this much.

Unfortunately, he got drafted by the wrong team. Instead of 3-4 D, should have gone to a 4-3. He’s required to play LB, and often, needs to drop into coverage which is not his forte. Bain plays best with his hand(s) on the ground.

He’s in a bad situation.
