Rousseau with a sack!

Odd to see him wearing 50. Give him something in the teens or 90’s. Go get em Greg!
50 is a "slow" number, and I love it on GR. 50 looks like a number for a center, circa 1954. Nothing screams lack of speed like #50. Well, except maybe 46. ;) GR will make a lot of teams wish they had drafted him.

That dude you quoted knows his shlt it would seem , right ?
Looks like a clown to me. Everyone but the Dolphins lnew Rousseau was going to dominate in the league. He gets no credit for pointing out an obvious prediction.

Hope both are great but I'm a Dolphins fan so hope Phillips is the one that makes more waves.
As a long time Dolphin fan, I still want to see GR have an amazing career. Heck, I'll even smile when he sacks Tua a couple times. Now I'll be a little happier when Phillips gets their guy a few times as well. I think GR is the kind of talent you can design a D around, while Phillips is a great fit for an existing team needing his skillset. Here's to both of them having 15 year careers and heading into the HOF.

I can get on board with this.

Just think of how we'd have felt if Bruce Smith played at UM. Yeah, we'd still want Marino to get the ball out in time, but knowing he was getting sacked by one of our own would have been pretty sweet. That is how I view GR on the Bills. I hope he's the next Bruce Smith, even if it means he's beating up on Tua from time to time.

I hope GR does great but I hope he gets his numbers against the Jets lol :sneaky:

Never understood the hate for GR15.

Doesn't matter anyway because like anyone else with his head screwed on right, he's going to do what's it his best interests and work hard to achieve his goals. It's obvious he has the skills and abilities to do just that.

I will always wish the young man the very best

I don’t see hate.

I see disappointment.

we got 1/2 a season of 15. Take covid out of the equation and imagine 1&15 at DT and 2& the other 15 at DE. Is that 50 sacks? It would have been crazy and fans are ****ed they never got to see it. I get that.

Rousseau got his second sack of the preseason in the second quarter on a second-and-10 play. That came after he pressured Dalton into an incompletion on the previous snap. It was a continuation of what has been an impressive summer for the first-round draft pick out of Miami (Fla.).

Call it whatever you wish.

We all wish that EVERYTHING happened just the way we want. I too was disappointed by his decision BUT immediately let it go. Because it was his to make ...not mine.

But deriding someone's choice that he makes for his own life just because you want to see him play Is not respecting him as a man or individual. He didn't owe the fans anything. Some acted as if he owed them something.

Some called him a quitter and coward because of his decision. Then turned to deriding his skills and hoping he failed in the future. It did happen, you can see it for yourself in the old posts ..so it was exactly what it was.

Regardless, GR future will be based on how he does in the NFL. I'm glad some team decided to take him in the 1st round as he deserved and now the rest is up to him.

So, I'll continue wishing him and other Canes the best in whatever choices they make for their lives. Seems GR made the best choice for himself and his family and that's fine by me.
