Revamping the site

How far do you have to get before realizing you already are familiar with the post? A minute? Two minutes? Or less?

Heaven forbid someone actually has to read the whole post to make the connection - to another post - same matter - maybe same person - and cognition doesn't kick in until the entire post is read.

This is a site - with posters. Posters - post. Sharing and learning new information. Some work - others have more time - others have different shifts - and arrive when they can.

Not everyone jumps in and is exposed in a timely manner to every other post - sometimes folks here are catching up.

Hint: If you see a name - beware wasting your time, as you've already been made aware of a post that may have already addressed the matter to you - but possibly - someone else is just now getting the word.

OR. Maybe all posts could be run through you before getting the green light to make the board.

I personally am tired of the moaning, bellyaching, and complaining about someone losing 10-15 seconds because they've nothing else to do but remain here, to stay up to date on the latest tidbits by the minute.

Others here - just may have a life to live on the side.

This is a whole lot of - in a post to say absolutely nothing.

The point of the forum is discourse on topics. Having two posts with the same topic to link an article is stupid and should be reviewed. In my opinion at least.

Many others also agree with you. It’s up to the owner of the site to make the changes. Trust me, he’s been made aware multiple times but won’t do a **** thing. Next thing would be allowing posters to block/place on ignore the young writers which I am all for.

How about adding some more reactions - inlcuding a couple set miami picture reactions like redwine with the chain..... Like along with normal emojis, you can react with stuff like this in discord...

One of the maudes was locking a lot of threads but stopped because idk if he was told to stop by D$ or if he just got tired locking 500 repetitive articles a week.

Private messaging so anyone who has beef in the comment section can talk it out privately rather than going back and forth in the comments and clogging it up.

Shorter interviews . We can’t listen for a hour . Great info but it drags on to long to get the up dates in recruiting most of want to hear .
