Rest of Storm18 needs?

2 more DBs - Campbell & Blades [20]

2 LBs - Reese & Sherwood or Louis [22]

2 more DTs - Briggs & one more [24]

1 more WR - X Williams [25]

1-2 DEs - Most likely Oladele (we ain't getting Parsons, but if he wanted in, we make room) [26-27]

1-2 OTs - Campbell (& maybe one more only if he is a stud LT type) [27-28]

No way we take more than 28 and I don't think we can even take that many.

Like I said on TOS Sherwood ain't coming if he has to play Linebacker

No doubt, ideally this scenario would be best:

2 DT (Briggs/NC Kid)
1 DE (Kayode)
2 OL (of Campbell/Barnes/Montilus)
3 LB (of Reese/Sherwood/Joyner/Deerfield Kid)
2 DB (Campbell) Blades I'm counting in as commit #19

Total: 9
Class total : 28

Would be a top 3 class if Gators list signs.

I still think 30, assuming Walton and 2 of our DL go pro. That might include a GT/Juco or two. And I expect enough voluntary attrition that the coaches won't require too much effort to get there.

I honestly think we lose some commitments that we have (like every cycle) also.

Lol.... you mean dropped

-14 decommitments in 2017
-10 got dropped by richt
-1 committed back in nkosi perry
-Only lost 3 of the 14 that we wanted( Henderson, Edwards, mckitty) don't really matter considering the fact that we got much better players at their position in the 2018 class
-only lost 1 blue chip player(cj Henderson)

Tyler Byrd, Latrell Williams, & Billy Gibson were dropped?

Byrd and Williams were in the 2016 class...

1 or 2 WR
2 OL
1 or 2 DE
2 DT
2 LB
3 DB

I would make it 2 DBs. Otherwise, this looks right to me. Which means the total class will be 30 or more.

Am I right that we have 76 kids on scholarship today? If so ... we have 9 seniors, and roughly 3 juniors will leave early (Walton and 2 DL), so we would start with 21 spots available. Finding 9+ on this roster is hard but not impossible, and a good chunk of that will come from natural attrition, like what happened with Allison and Odogwu, when players get leapfrogged on the depth chart.

28 is the maximum possible under NCAA rules.

Michigan signed 30 kids last cycle. Is this a new rule?

Michigan's specific facts and circumstances allowed them to sign 30 kids under NCAA rules. Our specific facts and circumstances will not allow us to do so.
