Reports say Tate didn’t show for practice today

Exactly! This dude is getting caped for soooooo hard right now to the tune of about 17 threads auditioning to be his new girlfriend or bodyguard. All these so called alpha, no nonsense posters hearts are bleeding for him and excusing the clear lack of moxie, poise, toughness, hard-work, and leadership they gifted him upon his arrival here. But they don’t understand that gifting leads to the entitlement he feels right now. They subconsciously created the issues, so it makes sense that they are also excusing them. Replace Perry’s name in any of this mess and the thread titles and reactions would be out of this world!

Dudes creating threads going ham about what’s going on, on social media, Twitter and elsewhere. Why don’t they keep those reactions where the drama actually is. They even admit that it ain’t here on CIS and that it’s “handful” and “few” fans doing this. They’ve created a whole straw man movement to protect Tate on CIS when they admit he ain’t getting attacked here.

But U know what it is. This is their way of expressing their grief and disappointment that he didn’t win the job (even though most “don’t have a horse in the race”) 😉. Lashing out is a step in the grief process. Reminds me of this:

This guy is getting hammered not just here, but everywhere.

But that doesn’t fit your race baiting agenda (the only reason you ever post on any of these sites), so you're making things up so you can promote you’re vision of hatred and division.

I get it, you’re angry and bitter and need to spread it around.

I could be wrong but I think he might be referring to just Cane fans.... Multiple people/fans have been "hard" on Perry about his immaturity issue. If he intentionally skipped practice Cane fans would likely come down harder than Tate.

Most of the hate Tate got was not from UM fans but was from other people.... OSU fans, people in general just trying to chirp at him because he was so ****y in his social media posts. Even Bud Elliot went to go dig up old pics and tweets FFS.
 
On CIS, there are at least 7 threads defending Tate from attacks elsewhere on social media. There is exactly one thread that has survived being closed down, that actually gives an opportunity to address his absence from practice. This would be that 1 thread, and it can’t be labeled as “hate” because it’s open ended.

I’m not seeing many cane fans bash him, What I see Is college football fans from all around the country and national media bashing the kid. Look he lost the job, but all of that sh^t I’ve seen from the media and other teams fans talking sh*t about him is uncalled for honestly and that’s just keeping it a buck. He’s still a cane at the end of the day 👌🏾💯

I’m not promoting an agenda (I haven’t been posting AT ALL about the QB competition), but I ALWAYS expose agendas. Promoting entails being proactive and I have zero history of this.

Tate is getting plenty of hate from canes fans.

Perry has gotten a bunch, also. Too much.

But you have people on here trying to calibrate the hate. Oh but this guy got 22.3% more hate than the other guy. “It’s so totally unfair, waaah waaaah”

First world problems for people with way too much time on their hands looking to promote personal agendas.
 
I am sure this has been a growing experience for Tate. No shot at OSU, then now shot at a lower level team like Miami. Now he needs to look at FCS level teams. At this point the kid needs to look at a school that would take him and a school he wants to graduate from.

the Best thing to come out of this is the kid should realize the NFL dream is out of scope. So many kids live through College thinking about the NFL with no shot. They do not enjoy the college experience. Time for Tate to enjoy college before he has to go out and get a job in the real world. Time to put real effort into Internships and job fairs. I know this is a lot to expect and transition over a weekend. This will take him this year to truly understand his limitations.

So the kid could stay in Miami and help the young kids coming in to learn how to practice and train and watch video and prepare for games. That would be his role if he stays. Or he can go play D2 ball and hope there is not a kid who is dynamite but just got overlooked.

Exactly and I agree. What I’m asking is then why are there so many threads on this site that are calling out what we are not even doing here.

Go back and look at the comments on his Let’s work post. There are CIS posters mocking him right after the announcement was made hours before it came out he missed Practice. They may have gone and deleted them now but it’s easy to tell who they are because there Twitter handle and avatar is the same as it is on this site too. Dude is a Cane and that should not be happening!
