Good stuff. I remember the talk about the Richts never coming to Miami because the "culture" of the area wouldn't jive with who they were as people. Well that actually seems to be the complete opposite as this area appears to suit them very well as empty-nesters but also provides ample opportunity for their missionary-type religious and philanthropic pursuits. Amazing how SEC-types were so eager to spin that narrative in another direction and even had some of us buying it. Also, I don't know or care what Kelly Golden's medical issues were or how involved she may or may not have been involved due to them but it does seem like Mama Richt here is going to be a much bigger presence.
That said, I don't think a coach's wife is a major recruiting weapon unless you're the former Mrs. Jimbo Fisher and probably providing a little extra "incentive" on the side.
