Joe might be the most personable guy on the staff.

And in 17 years of coaching high school ball, no college coach has communicated with me more than Joe has.
Dude called my phone within 6 hours of me taking the Western DC job to congratulate me.

I can't imagine him not putting the work in, or being unlikable, that's for sure.

With this post, I’m slamming the book shut on the Joe slander.

Ya I for the life of me couldn't understand what Kevin Smith did wrong. Although, I don't believe Citizen was him?

Well just because he coaches RB doesn't mean that he's always the main/lead recruiter...or the one who pulled a specific RB.

Sometimes the position coach doesn't do a great job and Mario or DVD pick up the slack.

Recruiting is "all hands on deck" with Mario.

There's a misconception on here that position coaches are always the main recruiter for any kid who plays their position. There's soooo many other people and factors that come into play.
