Here's my general rule of thumb with MAC teams- don't ever UNDER respect them when they have a decent to above average QB but then also don't offer blanket OVER respect to them as programs when said QB isn't on the roster.

A handful of teams in that conference have shown the ability to be very dangerous in different years when they have that prototypical MAC QB that gets drafted or makes an NFL roster but no program in that conference is good enough or relative enough consistently to earn any sort of default respect. As the OP admits, this is a year when Toledo is a non-factor nationally.

If we had beaten LSU, i would have been worried about this game. Team has had their team kick in by the media for 2 weeks now. I think it will play to our advantage.
