Please stop making suggestions. No reason to add anyschool that does not ADD to ACC football. WV is not great but has better following than most of the ACC and ND is a no brainer. If acc is looking basketball only Add UConn and Kansas.

Ahhh, you might want to look at what ND makes from NBC... its less then we make. ND is not a money grovling school
 
This is terrible for CFB... So football which is big for Texas and OU get a more important but how about fans of the other 8 schools? Its just dumb what is happening.. a lot of schools getting left out who will have little interst in going to games.

Uh no, we also should be holding calls with the Big 10 since we have natural rivalries set in place up there. FSU and VT should as well. If they want to play touch butt in the park with Tobacco Road then we should go to a conference like the big 10 who would love the money that annual OSU V. UM and Penn St. v. UM would bring them.
 
ACC should drop Wake and Syracuse.
Force ND to go all in, invite WVU, TCU and Cinci.

ACC doesn't need any more ****** little private schools with no fans. They need more huge state schools.

Best move, by far, if to dump Wake Forest. That's not going to happen.

So try to get Notre Dame or hold tight. Strengthen the exit fees. Now that the SEC has their 16, it means Clemson, FSU and NC can't go anywhere. It means another 6-8 schools fall down to the minor leagues. Since we are in the NIL era, does it really matter? If those schools get 10 million more than our schools, they are just going to overpay coaches and add more facilities. Who cares? As long as the money doesn't go direct to the players ...
 
the ACC should consider adding? I think WV (even though I despise them) makes the most sense. Also by even suggesting adding any team might pressure ND to make a move. Once all these new alignments happen ND could be left out in the cold. When these conferences add so many teams it will be hard to schedule any out of conference teams. The ACC recently added an extra ACC game to every teams scheduling (as I recall).
