Read This Article And You Will Know Why Kendal Briles Was Never Going To Be On CMR's Staff

LMAO that's a tame statement and probably factual. There are "hostess" programs all over the SEC. Pretty sure there was one at UGA when Richt was there too. What message do you think that conveys to recruits?

No doubt it goes on everywhere. At Miami too.

I like when people say that Miami admin would never let Richt hire this guy. This same admin that doesn’t have the balls to make Richt fire Searles, hire an OC, or fire his frat boy son.

There's a lot of reasons he was never going to be on the staff here, besides this one. This isn't binary, where you hire Briles or nobody.

i dont think they tried to hire them...i think its more of a chess move to drum up inmterest for guys witht he same agent as saban which worked as those guys got good jobs elsewhere

Alabama did try to hire Hugh Freeze, although it may have been for one of their 100 open analysts positions. The SEC ‘blocked’ it, due to Freeze and Ole Miss’s sanctions. Freeze is exiled for a few seasons.

Exactly what I was thinking every time someone posts that. What's wrong with asking if someone likes white girls? Saying they like players, I'm sure they do and make their own choices with what they do. I'm not excusing any specific instance of what allegedly happened; that's terrible but that statement doesn't prove anything

In and of itself the statement is rather innocuous. At Miami, the diversity of South Beach beauties is a part of the culture attracting young men. Would certainly influence my decision. I posted the quote half as a joke, laughing at the idea of Briles even asking this question.

That said, asking this type of question does not look good in the context of Baylor’s Title 9 issues and numerous player rape allegations.

And, to be clear, I would be in favor of Miami hiring Briles as a $1M+ OC, as long as I was confident he was not complicit in the problems at Baylor. Sadly, I do not have this confidence.

What about a coach associated with and involved in what happened at Baylor?
I didn't say it had to be briles, now did I. I sincerely hope your blind love of trainricht doesn't have you so delusional to the state of his coaching that you think there isn't someone out there that would have benefitted the offense if it isn't Briles. Cause that would be wrong.

Richt has done nothing but double down on what he is bad at with his coaching roster management. We will never win with him.

You did not exclude Briles either, now did you? I know **** well there is someone out there who could help, but Briles not it.

Richt definitely wants to win.

His obsession with proving everyone wrong about his playcalling will ultimately be his undoing, he just doesn’t know it or admit it yet

Briles coming to Miami was a fantasy that was created only in CIS world. Then the same people who created the fantasy, got mad when their fantasy didn't turn into reality. You can't make this **** up.
