I've noticed this, too. Might be scheme shift but we know (and he knows) that bigger bodied backs can thrive in a spread offense, too.

Listed at 6' 185. biggest RBs i've seen we're after is probably Chauncey Bowens or Kendren Young. Both about 5-11 220.
