If Ray Ray was casually dating or going out with his girlfriend then this could raise a big issue for the NCAA and all of the compliance officers.
Can a player date anyone they want without fear of punishment?
What would be the result of a player dating a registered, active, sports agent?
Is that a NCAA violation? The NCAA can now punish a player or tell a player who he can and who he can not date?
Does a college now need to monitor who the players go out with or they lack institutional control?
