Interestingly enough Hill loved it here and I read he was the one that called Roche and told him about how valuable it was to come to UM. Like ScharfCane mentioned Hill was injured and had a decent back half of the season. We all hated our season, but we tend to forget, that we had a Top 20 defense (and I'm not praising the defense here)

Dont want. We need to develop our own talent. The Portal is not the answer, especially at DE.

Talent is developed in practice. You don't throw young guys in there and say figure it out lol. In the old days our guys had to wait till junior and senior ears to et on the field. That's when you have depth. We are building depth and teaching the young guys at practice. Plus we rotate quite a bit at DE to keep everyone fresh. Everybody gon eat!! Let the young pups gain weight and get acclimated to college life.
