I am attending a small group meeting with Richt tonight in NJ. What are some questions we would like to have answered?

1. What are the main attributes he looks for in a recruit? Okay global attributes regardless of position. Some on this board are puzzled why a kid like Scott is committed with an offer when his athletic ability looks marginal
At this point and someone like gamble was dropped yet he's productive,
Has measurables, is also local etc. it's puzzling to a lot of us. Maybe Scott has a great attitude and gamble is a pain in he neck? I don't know.
 
How does he feel Miami is positioned in terms of institutional support for facilities upgrades and generally, his thoughts on University leadership's commitment to winning.
 
What cool pre-game rituals will he have our team do to get them jacked up besides running through the smoke? I always like a pretty sweet entrance and need something with this new renovated stadium.
 
How does he feel about Miami's current stadium situation, any discussions on potentially partnering with a third party to get a stadium more conducive to the team's needs?
 
Ask him to define "swag" and then embarrass yourself and everyone in the room by challenging his answer.

That aside, ask him his thoughts on if the Playoff should be expanded to 8 teams and/or his views on a strong ooc schedule if the current system doesn't seem to reward it. I've kinda noticed that in these types of formats that you'll actually get better and more candid answers on big picture type questions than very program specific ones. Those tend to always be of the "we're working to make this better" or "that's something we'd love to do/have" type answers.

Don't worry if you ask him a question about a recruit and he says he can't answer because of NCAA regulations. Blake James will hunt you down and give you all the inside info you want.
 
Ask him if he'll take a photo with you in front of Al Golden's house
 
Al..... why would you go and ask questions to the person who took your job? Why would you subject yourself to that? May be PTSD from the Sandusky incident you endured
 
After finishing up the spring, has your opinion of the amount of talent on the team changed from the day you 1st took the job?

On a serious note ask him, (1)what percentage of your top targets are you confident will sign and (2) if there are any silent commits, no names, that the fan base will be excited about?
