TBF…the big12 recruits at a g5 level other than Texas and OU..but I won’t take anything away from how he’s developed those players in that program..but as with other coaches we’ve do similar things at lesser programs with lesser expectations, it doesn’t usually translate at bigger programs who need to recruit against better comp..there’s no sure fire coach other than the guys at the top of the sport

agree with you ..... but as long as UM has a numbnut as an AD and an admin that has no drive or desire and could give a rat's ***
about football program success or championships then we are stuck with someone like Mandy Deeazz and
any discussion about hiring any kind of decent coach is sadly pointless.

These mofos would hire Tim Teebow and you all know it. Manny is your best shot with this admin.

If your not all in on "ditch the admins" your basically saying lets wait 2 more years before we get another coach who will also likely suck and we can start the cycle again.

How many P5 HC’s get fired every year or last more than 4 or 5 years? Unless you’re Sabag, Urban the liar, or Dablo, very few. Hiring a CFB HC is a crap shoot at best. 6-7 get canned every year in the NFL.

As the old saying goes “Be careful what you ask for.”
