If Howard wants in and you have to wait two weeks until Ward makes a decision then you already have your answer. Personally I wouldn't take the risk to be left at the altar with no quality QB if Ward is choosing FSU and Howard decides to dip and look for other opportunities.. Tricky decision.

He could even declare. To me if that’s really the case there’s no decision to be made. It’s Howard and it’s immediately.
