If it passes.... Like I've been saying for multiple years now - Why the **** is it some guarantee Rutgers and the like remain members in a legit P2 world?

There are at minimum 2 handfuls of schools in B1G+SEC combined that wouldn't sniff a P2 conference if it was 38 total teams (19 each) and was formed from scratch.... This is just obvious.
