Now that they can't use the McDonald bags, Dodge Chargers, and funnel money through the Church, it's a problem. Alabama is sitting at #42 in HS recruiting. Now that the SEC can't beat anyone else but themselves it's a problem. They want their games win or lose to count more than anyone else's and they'll rig it and spin it to do so.

Is it one transfer without waiting a year and then old transfer rules apply or one transfer no matter what?

Please explain the greatness. You want Darian back under full Duke control? You want Cam erased from Miami history? Seriously? These employees have a very short work opportunity of 5 years. Let them make as much as they can.

How are college players different from other employees in a way that means moving colleges is bad. Please provide your analysis. You need to convince people. Btw, students change schools a lot. Why not football players?

What they aren’t is standard issue students. It has always been that way. It has always been been little classroom time and lots of tutoring.

Graduate student (will become big like early graduation in HS)
Abused student.

Just let them move like any other student.

Heck, if not, at least order the school to keep all scholarships open until the man gets enough credits. No more pushing men out who don’t pan out on the field.
 
Putting my sorta-lawyer hat on, this, in its current form, would be very likely struck down in court.

You are right they get paid more

People acting like they’re not professionals in the football level. FBS is ridiculous and if you’re gonna limit their ability to do anything, it has to be in a contract and it needs to be collectively bargain until then. Well then they’re still ******* college students in college student students can transfer as many times as they ******* want.

Exactly you let them move like any other student. Unless of course you signed them to a contract that they have agreed-upon and it’s paid for play in which case you stop acting like you don’t have to collectively bargain with them to limit their movement or pay.

People want both ways and it’s honestly bull**** and disingenuous
