Pringle is NOT IN THE portal ANYMORE

What’s worse is their Safeties were shockingly slow. Go ahead and have the sickness I have to rewatch their #7 try to get angles. Sincerely still stings. Luckily, the portal has distracts me from watching more and more.
i think i was the first one to point this out.

i deleted the game from dvr and wont rewathed...but i would of challenged them with speed from EARLY in the game....COMPLETELY Different than what we done all year .....would of been no diff than the garbage o we played first half. but i would of done that....

IU was obviously slow sideline to sideline even in the Oregon game. Sucks.

@LuCane now it's okay to talk about how we shoulda ran wide zone and power pulling Samson to the right with Pringle a couple of times in the natty, no?
I really do understand why he got benched. He looked lost as heck in blitz pickups. It’s not something that just ‘happens.’ When you choose to play 16 play tight margin drives, there really isn’t much room to get off schedule.

But, you know what I wanted to see? That #46 dude tryin to chase a wheel route. They hid behind sinking zones so well, and we just didn’t test their weaknesses until we started slicing the middle of the field. Then all of a sudden you saw dudes who couldn’t make up an angle.

Oh well. It’s over. I’ll let it go soon, maybe.

Im a Pringle guy.

Find ways to get him the rock...going more two back sets.....Less TE'S on the field...just do it.

I know TES are important in our run gamne but that room isnt good...n the more rbs and wrs that an steal reps from them im 100 percent good with it.
We dabbled with 20 sets against Stanford and NC St or Pitt (maybe both). I am a big fan. Fletcher is a better blocker than any of the TEs. Have him block someone on the edge when Pringle running wide, oh my!

When Mali/Fletcher got to edge/open field that defensive athleticism was exposed a lil.. Salute to them for keeping it caged up all season in B1G.. They are best I seen in running their zones but boy when it opened up and their dade county corners were blocked up and safeties had to clean up, ugh..

FMLLLL

I'm happy Pringle decided to return, I like his game and he can be a legit weapon in the 2026 backfield. That said, we know that someone in that backfield is leaving because he is returning. The optimal combo is Fletch, Marty and Pringle. I think that Hellcat and Lyle are expendable at this point, merely because there aren't enough carries to go around.

Use Lofton like Indiana used to Nowikowski.
He's 6'1 245. Give him some runs, block catches etc. Luka can be better than Bauman IMO, and Mueller already has the frame to get some time as a Frosh,

Hopefully we utilize all our weapons. Be a balanced,
explosive offense that gets 40+ points per game. I would like to see us vary the tempo, get big leads, then milk the clock. 30-35 runs per game and 30-35 passes.

And this the point I was making last night and you had dudes saying you can’t do that because his pass pro bro

Yeah the blitz pickup was really bad. Had we kept playing him against OSU on early downs in shotgun they were just gonna keep blitzing, which I don't think they usually do on early downs.

I do think we could have given Pringle some chances out of the pistol without giving the game away, because I autistically checked today and against OSU and Ole Miss we only threw out of pistol 4 times (forgot to count how many times we were in pistol but was probably 30-40). It was already a dead giveaway we were running if we were in pistol, still didn't matter, defense couldn't stop us.

The flea flicker against Ole Miss I can appreciate Dawson crazy thinking a bit more. It was out of pistol and at that point we had run like 25 out of the last 27 or 28 times in pistol or something nutty like that, and it was right after we had gashed them in pistol. Play fake probably woulda been fine to call instead though lol.

Thankfully Staff didn't default to the dumb CIS logic of only big boys in this offense. Now actually get him on the field.

HELLCAT should hit the portal...he could go to a place like troy who just lost their back an play right away.

Lyle im in the middle on. But if he left i could see it i guess. If he stays we dont have to portal or grab an extra hs rb.
