What will the canes regular season record be.

I think the sample size is large enough.

I think we beat Syracuse and then lose out. NCsu and Pitt gonna smoke us. At VT in the cold and we fold. History tells us we go 7-5

Shannon 7-6 year 4
Al Golden 6-7 year 4

Mark Richt and Manny Diaz didn’t make it to year 4, But at year 3 they both went 7-6

I picked 9-3 but that has more to do with our opponents than serious faith in the team. I’m very confident Pitt will be a loss.

I think 8-4 is definitely more likely than 10-2 though.

7-5 happens if the team quits, in which case the national heat is going to be wild.
 
The season as of yesterday is a major Fail. I would prefer at this point for Mario to play the back ups and bench the problems. Players are just as much to blame for this situation. A bowl game now is a consolation prize for losers.

The national heat is on already. And we’ve quit. I guess you didn’t see us fold in OT

That was literally 95% of the boards prediction before the season so I don't know why ppl are actually surprised we're at 2 losses now lol. Alot of ppl didn't even have us going undefeated against nd, usf, uf and fsu 🤷🏾‍♂️

Syracuse - Win (Syracuse is awful now)
NC State - Win (NC State isn't good and will outplay us, but we will somehow pull this one out).
VT - Loss (VT isn't good, but will be motivated to play us. We won't even be motivated to get off
the bus and take the field).
Pitt - Loss (same as VT, team would probably look more excited to be in church than play this game).
 
Yea I think any team with an offense makes us uncomfortable.. and will expose us with ease.. We cant get into track meets because our own coach neutered us.. NCST and Pitt are easy to call out on schedule

Pitt is #2 in conference in scoring offense and #2 in passing offense, we just gave a one leg qb career high in passing. NCST will most likely have Hollywood Smothers back and CJ Bailey will have boulder on shoulder off bye week

10-2 I would be disappointed but after my
Emotions calmed down I couldn’t fairly call it a flat out failure.

Clemson is failure (people had Clemson in the Natty)
LSU is a failure (people had them in the Natty)
We didn’t even have our own selves in the Natty before ND win.

10-2 would just mean we on a slow *** rebuild

That’s a good take. The Pitt has all the makings of a loss. They’ve got a good qb, stingy/fast defense, Desmond Reid and you know narduzzi will have those ready. And I think they are the least penalized team in acc. I’ll be shocked if we beat them tbh

Lmao listen tho... if you would have told me it's a guarantee that we would go undefeated in the state, I would have expeditiously accepted that without hearing our final record lol. All I cared about this year was beating fsu and uf... more importantly uf since we don't know when the next time we'll play them.
