1) win the next 3
2) fans and media will start talking themselves into how we sneak back into the playoffs.
3) then gut wrenching loss at Pitt where its close most of the game, they take the lead late in the 4th, us with the ball driving with a chance to win it and untimely turnover wins it for them. just how it always goes for us.

I hope you’re right. I believe this team could tank.

The points I am suggesting we give up to NC State and Pittsburgh aren’t that much. NC State just rolled up 48 on Georgia Tech. Pittsburgh Narduzzi have always had a hard on for beating Miami and I have no reason to think he wouldn’t try to run the score up in the last game of the season, given an opportunity. A Miami team that has lost two in a row, four of six, including the previous week at Virginia Tech is unlikely to put up much of a fight in the Pennsylvania cold.

My preference is Mario and Miami having an epiphany fix what’s wrong and roll over the next for opponent by 30 points each. And the season 10 two on such a strong role the CFP committee would have a difficult time ignoring us. A 10-2 Miami team on a role is an attractive choice for one of those last large bids.

We need a few teams to lose as well but “Any Given Saturday” is the theme of this season.

Just need to make sure somebody on Pitt from S.Fla somehow puts the final nail in the coffin to put the game away..whether it's a TD, Int, sack, whatever. Has to be a player from S.Fla.

Our biggest problems are Penalties, Offensive Playcalling, and Carson Beck playing pitch and catch with the other team. Gotta Clean up the penalties or at least make it less of a glaring issue.. and when it comes to Beck I think the best solution is to just open up the offense & just let the dude just play, He’ll throw some god awful picks but at least we won’t be playing scared pussified predictable on offense.
 
7-5 or 8-4 now that we know that Fletcher is hurt along with OJ, CJ, and Moten. I said 8-4 or 9-3 before the season because I knew what Mario is but I don’t see how we win more than 2 more games max with all of the recent injuries. Hope I’m wrong though. I’d love for us to finish strong and end up 9-3!

I think you're been a little naive.We've played like **** since the 4th qtr against FSU with the acc and playoffs on the line.Now that the season is over and there's nothing to play for guys will not play with the same effort.These next 4 games and the bowl game will give us a lot to discuss.

The offense* has played like ****, our defense has kept us in these games. Like I said the only we give up 35 points to NC state is if we completely quit..we’ll see soon enough, just because CIS thinks the season is over doesn’t mean the players feel the same way lol.
