Our Defense is still elite. Like I said this season will go the way Beck goes he plays bad we lose he plays good we win it’s literally that simple

I don’t think our defense is elite. I do think our defense can be good.

If I had to guess scores of the games:

Miami 34, Syracuse 13
NC State 31, Miami 24
Va Tech 24, Miami 20
Pittsburgh 34, Miami 17

Honest question what makes Louisville and SMU subpar? Because everybody else we beat fired their coach practically FSU is going to. Louisville one loss team and yeah smu fell off a bit but you guys act like everyone in the conference is awful

On paper it is and this was talked about before. And I said the conference was average. Look at the roster and the talent yes they are average compared to what Miami has. Now you still have to play the game. But SMU’s Quarterback was missing a leg practically for crying out loud!!!!!! And the penalties and mistakes….

And UL scored14 points on a fake field goal. Having three different players taking snaps from center. A reverse that wasn’t a reverse. Thats what you do when you’re not as good as the team you’re going to against. You need to create some disruption. After that start UL only score 10 points the rest of the game……….Oh and We turned the ball over 4 times and they had 0 points to show for it….. Our offense plays like we should have based on the talent and this game is a two to three touchdown win same with SMU.

Games aren’t played on paper Louisville was a shootout last year what’s the difference

I think the sample size is large enough.

I think we beat Syracuse and then lose out. NCsu and Pitt gonna smoke us. At VT in the cold and we fold. History tells us we go 7-5

Shannon 7-6 year 4
Al Golden 6-7 year 4

Mark Richt and Manny Diaz didn’t make it to year 4, But at year 3 they both went 7-6

I know they aren’t but let’s not lie to ourselves and say they don’t mean something. Thats how teams are assets. When you supposedly have the better horse you should win the race. Last year our defense was atrocious ….Imagine Cam ward with this defense. We probably blow out every team we play. I mean our offense I think was scoring 35 points a game last year.

Have we allowed 30 points all year ? All of a sudden teams are going to start putting up 30 on us ? Only way that happens is if the team just quits on Mario n I don’t see this group of players quitting on the season I could be wrong but I dont see that.
