Darling is not a lt. He does not have the feet or athleticism needed. Darling if he stays at tackle should go back to RT.

St.Louis should be at lt. Jaquan is going to be at fs and Knowles at ss. Pickney is playing wlb.

Also Trent Harris isn't a rush end so he will be at sde with chad and jackson at wde with aqm.

Cager over lewis too.

Would like to see us slide Darling to the RT spot and allow St. Louis and Milo battle for the LT spot.

I know I'm the only one that cares, but I think your QB depth chart is on point.

Interdasting.

Harris did have 3.5 sacks in 2015, compared to Jackson's .5 sacks.

Jackson might have more upside as a pass rusher but he's also a bit bigger, which is why I think he backs up Chad at SDE.

As for Darling, I agree that his ideal position is RT. However, I'm not convinced that Jones, Milo, St. Louis, Odogwu, McDermott, Isidora Loftus or anyone else the team tried at tackle in 2015 is up to the task of replacing the guy who started all 13 games at LT. We'll see wha happens.

Good talk.

Start using capital letters and bold print if you want to be taken seriously OP

The reason Tool box was out there more was because he knew where to be. D. Jax is a kid that should improve immensely in the new scheme.

Harris was our third leading tackler. He played a lot because he's good at football. Maybe Jackson becomes a monster out of nowhere but he's all hype right now.

He was a better LB than DE though. Not sure he translates to LB in this scheme though. I like Trent but Jackson has more potential.

Harris is listed at 251 and Jackson is at 248. Jackson is also way more athletic which is why he will be at wde.

Darling was horrible in the 13 games he started. He is clearly is not a lt and was better as a freshman playing rt.

Shirreffs will be ahead of Vinny and Allison and will be nipping at Rosier's heals by the end of fall camp.

I don't think it is. No way Allison is jumping Shirreffs when he is redshirted. Now, had they come in at the same time and both already redshirted, perhaps. Allison is redshirting, Shirreffs is not.

Also, don't forget, Shirreffs by all accounts was impressive last year in practice. He's no scrub. We'll have a real QB battle when Kaaya leaves.
I know I'm the only one that cares, but I think your QB depth chart is on point.

This is all hype, IMO.

It's like people saying Ryan Williams was better than Jacory and Stephen Morris ... And he wasn't. Or, that Heaps and Kaaya were completely even ...And they weren't.

IMO, Shirreffs will never see the field at Miami, barring significant injuries. Much like Preston Dewey and Gray Crow, he was only signed because the previous staff was terrible as getting high school QBs to sign.

The kid played high school ball in very close proximity to UGA ... And even though CMR was forced to take a UVA castoff to supplement his QB depth chart, he didn't think enough of Shirreffs to offer him ...

Count me in the crowd that believes the Evan Shirreffs hype is way overblown ...

And if we have a QB battle when Kaaya leaves, it means:

A. He's leaving after this season, and Rosier is much better than people think.
B. He's leaves after his senior year, and Allison isn't as good as people think.
C. Whoever we sign at QB in 2017 is an absolute stud, and can play right away.

But in no event will the QB battle ever include Vinny or Shirreffs ... And if it does, we are in a TON of trouble, IMO.

D-money, said Shirreffs can throw it. I like what I saw of Rozier on game day. I'm pretty happy with the QB position. I'm really interested in Gray. He runs through arm tackles. The smaller backs can't. I'm hoping to see something from Edwards. I never was high on him.

D-Money also said Heaps would be the starting QB in 2014 ...
